For clients in Cherokee County, North Carolina, and its surrounding areas, please review our terms and conditions for a smooth, efficient, and satisfactory service experience.
Personal Belongings: Prior to our detailing service, kindly ensure all personal belongings, valuables, and significant items are removed from your vehicle.
Liability Limitation: Clean Labs is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, their contents, or the service location. We emphasize the importance of choosing a lawful and secure service location. If you have reservations about the location, please inform our team immediately.
Service Risk: All detailing services on vehicles are undertaken at the client’s discretion and risk.
Vehicle Condition: All vehicles should be in a condition to endure our standard detailing process.
Scheduling Flexibility: We strive to maintain consistent scheduling. However, unforeseen events may necessitate changes. Rest assured, any such changes will be relayed to clients promptly.
Service Timing: While we always aim to be punctual, due to the unique requirements of each vehicle, service times might differ. We appreciate your understanding.
Operational Changes: Clean Labs may modify a booking due to staffing availability, weather conditions, or equipment issues.
Subcontracting: We may employ independent contractors for detailing services. Changes to the assigned detailer can occur without prior notice.
Respectful Environment: We foster a respectful environment. Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated and will be addressed appropriately.
Battery Discharge: We or our associates are not liable for battery drain during or after services. Post-service, we recommend checking all lights to ensure they're off.
Booking Verification: All bookings need a verified address, chosen package, and vehicle condition. Please note, service requests can be canceled by Clean Labs at our discretion.
Service Refusal: Clean Labs holds the right to decline service to any individual.
Upon booking an appointment, customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost.
